Terms and Conditions for the hire of rooms at Baildon Methodist Church
This document contains the formal terms and conditions for hiring a room with us. Two important conditions are: that any group using our rooms regularly must have public liability insurance and have shown us evidence of insurance before using a room, and, that groups whose membership or target audience involves children or vulnerable adults must have a safeguarding policy. Activities sponsored by the church are covered by the church insurance and the church safeguarding policy.
