The group meets together to share fellowship within a Christian ethos. Generally a meeting takes the form of an hour of bible study followed by prayer and reflections on the joys or worries in members lives. Finishing with chat, a hot drink (and cake if desired) leaving refreshed and uplifted.
Originally called a Cell Group the idea being that like living cells the group may divide and grow.
