Pilates is a mind-body exercise that improves your quality of life.
Pilates concentrates on strengthening your stomach muscles and increasing the strength and flexibility of your back through gentle, slow, precise movements. This promotes improved posture, toned muscles, and improved body shape. Concentration improves and stress is lowered.
Class suitable for all ages and abilities. Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays in term time only and are normally paid for in 7 week blocks. The normal rate for 7 weeks paid in advance is £4 per session, or alternatively, £5 pay as you go. Beginners need to sign up for a minimum of 5 weeks in order to learn the technique, so a £20 minimum payment to get started, and no weekly payment until induction weeks completed.
