The Pilates classes I run presently take place on Friday afternoons in the church between 1 and 3pm.
Pilates is a form of exercise that helps build core strength which in turn helps improve posture. It is a great form of exercise for those troubled with back pain and has the added benefit of aiding relaxation and wellbeing. The exercise is slow and can be modified according to each individual’s needs and expectations. The Pilates is physio-led and caters for everyone. The class runs in term-time only. Payment is made in advance for the term. Each class lasts for one hour.
