Dru Yoga is specifically designed so that everyone can benefit, regardless of flexibility and fitness. It is the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern life. My aim is for students to feel supported in working with, their own bodies so that they can fully honour themselves and to leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed and replenished.
Classes involve a lively ‘warm-up’ to energise the body followed by gentle, flowing sequence and posture work and completing with a guided relaxation.
