3 different types of yoga?

Did you know we now have three yoga groups meeting at Wesleys? All explore slightly different aspects of yoga, so if you’re yoga-curious, one of them is bound to be perfect for you!

Dru Yoga is specifically designed so that everyone can benefit, regardless of flexibility and fitness.  It is the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern life.  My aim is for students to feel supported in working with, their own bodies so that they can fully honour themselves and to leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed and replenished. Classes involve a lively ‘warm-up’ to energise the body followed by gentle, flowing sequence and posture work and completing with a guided relaxation. 

Hatha Yoga classes guide you in meditation to calm the mind, open and strengthen the body through soothing sequences synchronised with breath, guiding you home to yourself. Move into your weekend feeling energised, rested and balanced. Jen works with students to develop a loving relationship with their body and mind, holding space with a gentle acceptance of whatever arises.

YogaWorks is a yoga class for all abilities and complete beginners.
